The leaves look like they may be Thalictrum.

The flower is different but the leaf is very similar

The seed style is called a silique. With the yellow four petaled flower I would think of the various cruciferae or mustard plants.

The photos are wonderful!

Unfortunatelly not the best for plant ID. It would help to show how the leaves join the stem and how the flowers were arranged on the plant. What continent are these on and what zone at what altitude.
