i feel hungry but teeth hurt so cant eat!! i noticed my tummy has gone more in so what should i do about this. i cant help losing weight but atleast im not fat no more! what wud u reccomend!?

your teeth are going to hurt until the adjustments get less intense. Try eating yogurt, mashed potatos, and anything soft. Drinking something like Ensure could also help you out. What you are going through is normal. If your brackets are bothering you, put some dental wax on them.
It will pass! But at least your teeth are going to be great!

take some advil or ibeprofin (i know im waaaay off on the spelling). you HAVE to eat, so start out with easy stuff like soup and pudding or jello and stuff. dont worry the pain waont last much longer, but neither will you if you dont try to eat! i had braces twice. just take pain killers and eat soup. or chew with less painful teeth.

i had braces for almost 7 years and had them on twice, and what i would always do is either eat McDonalds fries or mash potatoes or even some soft pasta salad. if you dont like pasta salad or that stuff then if you like mac and cheese that is a good thing to eat too!!!

bannans icecream snadwich it will get better in like 2 months ull be eating normal again try to get use to narmal food take it slow
