They are both SNRI's any one with experience on which has less sexual side effects?

Hey there. My friend uses SNRI's also and has had so much trouble with her libido until now. She uses EFFEXOR and is very happy with the results! Give it a go.
I use Zoloft and I experience a depleted libido from time to time but not enough to be overly concerned about at this stage x

I'm getting ready to switch to Cymbalta because of the sexual side effects with Effexor. I have been taking Effexor for years. It is very effective for panic attacks, but just can't handle the sexual side effects.

Effexor is the way to go.
