What worked for both my daughter and my son is The Potty Stool http://www.thepottystool.com
I started by just setting it at the toilet. This stool makes every toilet kid-sized. My kids immediately climbed up on this stool and discovered that they could safely and securely use the toilet. This got them very interested in using the toilet and they were potty trained very quickly. Kids like to use what they know mommy and daddy use. And it really is wonderful having your kids independently use the toilet on their own. The handles make all the difference --both felt comfortable and were relaxed enough to have easy bowel movements.
I like that I don't have to double the steps of potty training by training them first in a potty and then training them to stop using a potty. And not dumping and cleaning a potty each time is great. The best thing is that kids use it for years. I hope this helps you

She's probably not developmentally ready. If she's pooping in the potty, that's a good start. Don't rush her; when she gets it, she gets it. Potty training is one thing you can't force her to do before she's ready. You can keep trying, but until she's ready to pee in the potty, you just have to be patient.
*Edit* Funny how your other Q & A's don't add up - go back under your bridge, troll.

Come up with a reward system and stick with it. Focus on the positive. If she sees a really great reaction and reward with the "poo", then it will encourage her to pee. You may have already tried this. Just hang in there. It's a looong road. Be patient. GL

I thought this was a weird idea, but I guess it's very effective.
Put food coloring in the toilet water. When she goes, the water will change color as the two colors mix.
The friend who told me about it said that they would say "Do you have to go pee-pee? Can we go use the magic toilet and make colors?"
Her son loved it and always told her when he had to go because he thought it was so cool.
