So just recently, I was making a left turn and looked both ways and turned and all the sudden I see this car stopped to my right honking. So then I said whatever and kept driving towards my house. I kept looking in my mirror and he is still there so I guess he was following me and he was. I made laps around my neighboorhood. Luckily I speed off and also a car got in between us. What should I do next time? I was about to call the police but I wasn't in a public area. What should I do?

Don't hesitate to call the police after observing this kind of behavior. It may not be anything serious, but, just in case it is, you want to play it safe.
You were right not to stop. I can't think of a legitimate reason the other car followed you around the block, especially more than once. Public area or not, the police would want to protect you agains any danger, and, it would be thier job to check it out.

stay away from your house and any one elise u know do not go to far out of your way that it makes u look like u r do this like dont do a u turn or any thing that would seme strange if u can do not speed or drive out of contral what u should do is drive normaily (as if u did not see the car ) to a public locathion like in town where therses lots of stores and peple to see if any thing happens if this fails drive on to a free way and then get off and back on going the other way (with out them see ing u do this ) good luck and remimber u can all waise call 911

Buy vented discs, install dual piston calipers, And organic pads. If for some reason a small animal should run in front of your vehicle, you might need to stop. Hopefully no-body is driving too close behind you.

Drive to the police station or Fire Station whichever is closer ... Thats what I would do ...
