Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy". Ex. 20:8. "For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it". Ex. 20:11.

it doesn't, but it's more convenient....you haven't figured this out yet.....ppl interpret and change things in the Bible to suit their needs. For instance, the commandment "Thou shall not kill"......notice how ppl in their divine arrogance automatically just assume and fit to them out of necessity that God was referring ONLY to human being. Taking this in the simplest context and meaning it says simply "Thou shall not kill" it doesn't me what we shall not kill it doesn't specify exactly that we should not kill human beings. So if were to put this in actual meaning it would mean we shouldn't kill ANYTHING, plants, humans and animals alike. If that was an SAT question Christian's would get that wrong on comprehension.

Just a thought......here's another one. if you contest this reasoning the Commandment "Thou shall not steal" no misinterprets that now do they. Anything we steal....even if we are starving in the streets...we are not to steal even for survival. Isn't that right? Isn't that what they teach in church....then how can "Thou shall not kill" be interpreted any other way hmmmmmm......maybe b/c it's all just a way to control the sheep...the masses...the populous. That is all....take it all with a grain of salt and try to live your life justly.

After Jesus’ death, his apostles at no time commanded Sabbath observance. The Sabbath was not included as a Christian requirement at Acts 15:28, 29, or later. Nor did they institute a new sabbath, a “day of the Lord.” Even though Jesus was resurrected on the day now called Sunday, nowhere does the Bible indicate that this day of his resurrection should be commemorated as a “new” sabbath or in any other way. First Corinthians 16:2 and Acts 20:7 have been appealed to by some as a basis for observing Sunday as a sabbath. However, the former text merely indicates that Paul instructed Christians to lay aside in their homes for their needy brothers at Jerusalem a certain amount each first day of the week. The money was not to be turned in at their place of meeting but was to be retained until Paul’s arrival. As for the latter text, it was only logical that Paul would meet with the brothers in Troas on the first day of the week, since he was leaving the very next day.

From the foregoing it is clear that literal observance of Sabbath days and years was not a part of first-century Christianity. It was not until 321 C.E. that Constantine decreed Sunday (Latin: dies Solis, an old title associated with astrology and sun worship, not Sabbatum [Sabbath] or dies Domini [Lord’s day]) to be a day of rest for all but the farmers.

The sabbath isn't Saturday, it is the seventh day of the week, which in the western calendar is called Saturday. In the western calendar the first day of the week is called Sunday. Neither of these days is mentioned in the bible. We know from the book of Daniel and indeed from history, that times have been changed. Indeed, there have been many calendars just in modern history. But the most important fact to understand is that the bible states that God rested on the seventh day; Jesus was crucified and rose three days later. We know from the bible that Mary and the other women went to prepare for the sabbath because it was the preparation day when Jesus was crucified, meaning the sabbath was the next day. So it is widely believed that Jesus was crucified on a Friday, the sabbath was the next day, Saturday, and he rose on the third day, Sunday. We know that the disciples gathered on the first day of the week to break bread, but they also broke bread on each day of the week according to Acts 2:46. Most Christians worship on the first day of the week because it is the day of resurrection, and Christ is the chief cornerstone of the church, and on today's calendar that day is Sunday. But on today's calendar the sabbath is clearly the seventh day, or Saturday.

The ‘Sabbath’ at the time of Christ corresponded to our current Saturday and it has been common Jewish and Christian practice to regard Sunday as the first day of the week. Note that Jesus rose on the first day of the week not on the Sabbath [Mk 16:9] and all six appearances of Jesus happened on two Sundays, none on Sabbath (Saturday) [Mark 16:9; Matt.28:5-9; Luke 13-15; 24:34;33,36; John 20:19, 26].
Also Christians are recorded assembling three times on a Sunday after the resurrection and before the ascension, never on the Sabbath [John 20:19,26; Acts 2:1 - the early starting point of Sunday gatherings]. The only time Christians are recorded to have assembled together and broke bread was on a Sunday [Acts 20:7] - never does it say the disciples assembled on the Sabbath. Christians were commanded every Sunday to give into a common treasury of the church [1 Cor. 16:1-2]. The church officially began on Pentecost Sunday; when the Holy Spirit first fell upon the apostles and salvation was first preached by Peter on Sunday [Acts 2:1].

This is nothing but a straw man argument. By knocking down Sunday as a sabbath, you claim the sabbath therefore must be right and must be observed.

However, this line of reasoning totally ignores the covenant aspect of the sabbath and the rest of the law.

Only Israel was a party to that covenant. Christians were not, and to insist Christians keep the conditions of a covenant they were never a party to is unbiblical.

Genesis 2 vs 2 says 'And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
vs 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it, because that in it he had rested from all his work, which God created and made.'KJV

There is nowhere in the Bible that it says Sabbath is either a Saturday or Sunday. Sabbath is a day of rest. There are many Christian because of their job commitments owing to rotating roster etc have their sabbath mid week and join in fellowship with others at Bible Study groups or personal Praise and Worship with in their own homes.
I pray you don't get caught up in the fanatics of religion. God loves us all whether we wardship on Saturday or Sunday.

Man created the calender we have set the calendar to start on a Sunday who says it doesn't start on a Wednesday.

It does not state that the Sabbath can be changed , The Sabbath has always been Saturday (the Jewish people have always kept this day ) .The Roman Catholic church has caused people to think it has been changed or is Sunday .

Where in the bible did it say that someone could change the sabbath (Sunday) into Saturday?

Last time I checked. Neither day was referenced as the sabbath. That is man-made-up day. Pick your religion and go with it. Or, pick your day and go with the appropriate religion.

The real Sabbath is Saturday I think people just say it's on Sunday because it's more convenient for them.
