It means a lot to me and I have made copies and framed it for all my grandchildren hoping that they will read it often and realize the meaning of the quote.
When I was young, I strayed of the beaten path a few times.
I think when we finally choose the right path, we will find happiness and fulfillment that we are seeking.
I have one more that I have framed and hanging on my wall.

To me this quote always tells me to live my life how I want to live it, because in the end it is I who makes my past, my present , and eventually my future. You can't ever change who you truly are so why try. Know thyself and be happy.
