If you are actually 12 years old you are not supposed to be using Yahoo Answers. The minimum age is 13. Read the Community Guidelines about minimum age.

There are no 12 year old pilots, just 12 year old passengers allowed to manipulate controls by the pilot. At least in the US.

§ 61.83 Eligibility requirements for student pilots.
To be eligible for a student pilot certificate, an applicant must:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age for other than the operation of a glider or balloon.
(b) Be at least 14 years of age for the operation of a glider or balloon

There are no 12 year old pilots. In order to be a pilot you must have a certificate.
