the incubation of influenza is silent (meaning shows no symptoms) and lasts about 2-5 days before symptoms are present. A person is capable of infecting someone right before they get ill, but the exact moment they become infectious is hard to determine...
In other words, oh yeah, you are probably going to get the flu (if that is what she really has) ... unless you got the vaccine.... and since you were exchanging spit, you probably got a fairly good viral load directly deposited onto your oral mucosa.
You need to stock up on flu supplies now, because you are due to get it any day.
Sorry! Hope you had the vaccine!
p.s. Hey how are you feeling today?

No, probably not.......
Most healthy adults may be able to infect others beginning 1 day before symptoms develop and up to 5 days after becoming sick. Children may pass the virus for longer than seven days. Symptoms start one to four days after the virus enters the body. That means that you may be able to pass on the flu to someone else before you know you are sick, as well as while you are sick. Some persons can be infected with the flu virus but have no symptoms. During this time, those persons can still spread the virus to others.

She may have passed the flu bug to you, but whether or not you get it depends on how good your immune system is. Stressing about it won't help. If you aren't feeling sick in another 3 days, you didn't get it from her.

stopping the pill for just two days doesnt seem to be super likely that youd be pregnant already. I guess its theoritically possible, but Ive known loads of girls to miss pills all the time without getting pregnant. You'll probably be fine.

She probably was , so drink a lot of vitamin C (orange juice), maybe take some vitamins and don't kiss her again til she is better. You might get lucky and not get it though.

I would assume yes because the flu has a week long incubation period.
