In a dry dark room, such as a basement. Pick a room where the temp doesn't go over 70 degrees. The humidity is more constant in the basement as well

James M is on the right track, he just forgot to add that the bottle should be on its side so that the cork stays moist.

re fridge on bottom shelf on its side... turning once a day... till it's uncorked! afterward stand upright... maybe for week? or mix with O.J. and ginger ale for mimosas?!
