i went to a frat house the other night with 2 of my bestfriends. i had never met anyone from there before. but i knew the rule at the KA house was 18 & older. anyways, i didnt say i was 18... i said i was 17 & a senior. & that was okay with him. but really im 16 and a sophomore. my bestfriends are juniors & 17 but lied anyways too. but i ended up getting along really good with this one guy. hes a freshmen in collage. and we hooked up. hes been calling me & messaging me on facebook asking when we can hang out next. im going to tell him the truth because i want to be able to hang out & be honest so we can get closer. what would you say to tell him the truth? i dont want him to get really mad. but is there like a cute way to be like..i lied to you cause i really liked you? haha. just let me know. & if you were a guy...would u forgive me?

When girls lie about their age, guys only get mad when you take off years. Your 3 year age difference is no big deal.
At least you're not one of those women claiming to be 29, for the sixth straight year!

Sounds to me like at age 16, you just learned a very valuable lesson...that lying gets you NOWHERE that you really want to be. Yes, you should tell him the truth...the WHOLE truth. Don't cover up one lie with another one because it will only keep getting worse. You didn't lie because you thought he was cute, you lied TO GET IN THE FRAT HOUSE. If he gets really mad, which he probably will, then you deserve it! So tell him the truth and take this lesson and remember what it got you. And as for the question about forgiving....would I forgive you if I were him? Not a chance. You (a minor) lied to him (a legal adult) and then hooked up with him. Ever heard of statutory rape?? Thats what this guy did because of your lie.

Tell him the truth, even if there's a great possibility that he'll really dislike you for lying and probably stop the texts and calls, etc. At least you'll be guilt-free, and it's a much better feeling than having to carry the burden of knowing that you lied to this guy.

A.) U R not alone with lying bout u r age. Likey as u get older u will continue 2 'cept u may lie and say u r younger @ this time.
B.) He may not care about the risk in hangin" out w/ a younger lady, but it will definately put a damper on where he chooses to bring you.
C.) If he is not upset...He is a liar as well. BEEEEyourself!

This is how we end up going to jail, because of girls like you!!!!! Then when we go to jail, you girls act like its not your fault and that your not responsible and then you get ghost and dissapear (Obviously because your scared that everyone will find out). Which leads to another case, why girls always end up getting murdered by the guys they hook up with (boyfriends, husbands, etc). My advice, from now on, tell the truth!!!!

Well, since you lied to him, he won't be able to trust you. You'd better tell him before anything else happens, jail is not a very cool thing to a Collage Freshman
