It means you're not as sexually active as the person who said it wants you to be. It describes that person more than it describes you.

Some is described as prudish if they don't like sex (or like talking about it), however if you don't sleep around with just anybody and are much more careful than most, blokes may not like it and so try to make out you are a prude when really you're not!
