You can order on line through igourmet directly or through Amazon but the price is rather hefty:

You can order on line from Schiltz Goose Farms or ask them if they have a local distributor: http://www.roastgoose.com/goose_food_products.htm

Here's some useful information:

Visit the best grocery store in your area--the one where the rich people shop. If they don't carry it, they can probably order one for you. (My grocery store will get you any kind of meat you want, apparently.)

Warning: the fat spatters like mad, so get one of those cook-in-it browning bags or you'll end up producing so much smoke the smoke alarm will go off.

Gee, I lived in So.Ca. most of my life. Every major grocery store had them in their freezer section with the frozen turkeys and ducks. Stater Bros. Vons, Ralphs and Albertsons all had them.
