There are broad tests as to any message being a 'sin':
1) Is message related to necessities of a livelihood (work)?
2) Is message about another person that is stated to yet another person without that person present to hear it?
3) Is the message about another person being stated for a purpose other than which is necessary for safety, testimony in a court of law or setting up a marriage?
If affirmative answer than it is a 'sin'. And if affirmative the 'sin' involved has the effect of assignation of a character.

It depends what the message says. If you knew it was a lie, or gossip, then it could be a sin.
And as for the massage, it would depend on the circumstances. It's probably not a sin to give your mom a neck rub, but if your girlfriend wants you to give her a full body aromatherapy oil massage, then you might be led into temptation at the very least! If in doubt, probably best to say no.

No.
A massage? Maybe, depending upon what type of massage.
Message, or massage?

Sin doesn't exist PERIOD.
The only person who will judge you now or EVER is yourself.
