maybe she was just kidding.. and if she wasn't you don't need to be dating someone like that.. dump her

Wow, that is very hurtful and disrespectful. If you are such a loser, what is she doing with you?? She was probably angry and just lashing out to make you feel bad. She should definitely apologize though. Let her know that this really hurt your feelings and you didn't like it. If she is remorseful, you should forgive her. However, if this name calling continues on a regular basis, she's not the gal for you.

depends on the the tone she says it in. she could be kidding. i say that to my boyfriend all the time but he knows im kidding anyway. "you're such a loser" is a common thing out of my mouth. but i say it smiling and he knows im just teasing him.
now if she is being serious then next time she says that or something similar say "if im such a loser then why are you dating me?" and say it half serious half kidding.
