I don't know of any animals that speak, si I don't know why minks would be any different. If you mean monks, some monks do talk. There are different orders of monks, different groups, they have very different beliefs and some of them are silent orders, where they take a vow of silence to help them be still and listen to what God has to say to them. Some of them just take temporary vows of silence, like a fast. Hope that helps, if you meant monks and not minks, that is. I guess minks know how to speak to other minks, though, so they do talk, just not to us.
