I like stirfrys because they can vary so much. I use chicken, shrimp, or beef. Frozen veggies which ever are on hand. And toss in my seasonings. Sometimes I go for cayenne, garlic, and pepper, sometimes garlic and lemon pepper salt.
basically by changing the spices you can change the flavor of the same food. Also I sometimes just add something different. For example if I'm doing spaghetti again I might added a handfull of broccoli to the mix, or use chicken chunks in the sauce instead of sausage. Just keep mixing it up and take a chance.

Lemon is a great replacement for salt- so I suggest some lemon and dukkah chicken thighs, grilled with tomato and herb salad.

eggs are a good protein source and you can add most any leftover to scrambled eggs. Most any veggie can be chopped or grated into eggs- onions, spinach, aspargus....
top with cheese and for a side you can do roast potato wedges, sliced tomotoes or sauteed zucchini...yummy.
