I'm a guy and even though she maybe you "ex", it doesn't give you the right to be jerk about it. Be a man, be polite, and open the door for her. Who said that you can not be nice to your "ex" anyway?

yes...its gentlemenly!!! How much effort does it take to open a few doors every now and then. I'm not saying that you have to open her car door all the time...but at least the doors to restaurants and other places. And if she still has a real issue with it than...tell her that since she is your ex..that she is lucky you're taking her out at all!!!

Opening doors for others is being courteous and polite. Not only men should be doing that, but everyone. But if she expect you to open her car door for her every freaking time, that's not gonna fly.

i think you should still be polite, whether or not you still like her. Other girls might see and think you are a good man. If you plan on taking her out on a date you should be prepared to treat her nicely.

Yes you should, being a gentlemen is always important. And just because she's your ex doesn't mean you can stop being one.
