I signed up to give blood at the end of this month(november) in school. I am a senior in high school and how bad does it hurt to give blood. I am a little nervous, it is my first time giving blood.

It doesn't hurt very much

it is only like getting a shot except for pulling blood

just dont look at the blood while the nurse is taking it ;)

all they are supposed to do is put a needle in you and take the blood out it shouldnt hurt all that much lol..

it dont hurt that bad it feels like a pinch just dont look at it and relax cuz if you get real nervous and tense it will hurt worse.

it doesnt hurt that much. its just a little poke in the arm. the needle is real small. so, dont wurry.

it hurts a tiny bit, less painful than a bee sting or stubbing your toe. and hurts hardly at all if you just relax.

It is just a little needle prick, just like getting your shots.

I dont know if you can get it in the us but in england i have a local anasthetic first.
