Basic household care.
Remembering to be patient and keep my words kind and loving are part of my meditation. As is remembering to sit at an open window and feel the fresh air. I don't just clean my house, I bless it daily. I'm not just removing dust bunnies, I'm keeping the chi flowing. Caring for my pets and my plants keeps me connected to the earth, even if only on a small level. Feeding my family is one of the most meaningful things I do all day. To me, it is a spiritual practice. Sometimes I raise energy by jumping on the trampoline. I often light the alter candle and burn incense as an act of gratitude.
Basically, I do nothing different than any other SAHM. I just feel differently about what I do. But believe me, the difference it makes is astounding. On a quiet day like today, the air crackles with good vibes.

hmmm...well during the day, of I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I walk outside and take a deep breath of the fresh, outdoor air. If I'm stuck inside for some reason, I do a quick meditation and envision myself in a secret garden or in endless fields where wildflowers grow. Even visualizing Nature makes me feel better. Every night, before I go to bed, I thank and pray to the Goddess and God. The sweet satisfaction carries into my dreams.
I prefer informal ritual, prayers, spells, celebrations, etc. in my spiritual life. For me, it is the simple and little things in tlife that make the most difference. Daily doses of inspiration are also important to me; I gain them from quotes, books, movies, Nature itself, everywhere and anywhere. I love being creative because it helps me to express myself. *Blessed Be*

I’m in the house a lot so going outside and appreciating nature is something I try to do every day. I can see the sunset from my window, so I like to watch that and meditate on it. Lately I’ve gotten back to my reading and this board helps me grow spiritually.

Take time out to simply be - whether that be in the garden, at the beach, in beautiful open moorland etc - just to simply be when surrounded by nature is the most spiritually uplifting experience of the day for me.

I always take a minute during the day and try to remember to breathe.
Even when I don't have time to really meditate, I take time to relax with a few deep breaths and some quiet time.

I wouldn't say it's really done for the spirituality of it, but I find filling my birdfeeders and putting out veggies for the rabbits and other small mammals to be quite spiritually uplifting.

Practicing intentional awareness. Stopping and thinking about my basic beliefs, and looking at the world through that perspective. It sort of grounds me, brings me back to my solid foundation.

Everyday I like to remember that I influence the world in one way or another. I hope that at the end of the day, i'll have done some good.

It used to be a morning ritual, in which I asked for my goddess's guidance and protection through the day. But I can't do that much anymore. Now its my evening prayer, when I ask for blessings and protection through the night.

Meditate on positive energy for myself and those around me. I take time out, if only for a few minutes to relax and center myself.
