The machine dimensions are 13' x 9'4", 8800 lbs. The floor is the main flooring within the facility which also holds several other large CNC Lathes and Mills. This particular operation will be grinding.

Like the others I need type of mixture of the concrete size reinforcment, what is the distance oc (on center) or ocew (on center each way that these peices of #? rebar are placed and the penetration into undisturbed soil or rock. Some core samples would help. PSI of cured concrete would help. If there are any reinforcing pillars in the foundation. All of these factors have an effect on the strength of this concrete structure.

Not enough information to answer the question. A wall, floor,on grade, structural slab etc. What scheme of reinforcing, bar size, centers, top and bottom, each way?

Unable to answer this question due too many varibles. Depends on mix of concrete, size of rebar and amount of rebar used, and soil condition under slab.
