I want a winter wedding, inside, by a fireplace. Somewhere in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. It can't be too expensive because i have a tight budget. If not in Mass or RI, then Conneticut.

The local boards in the Talk section at TheKnot.com are very helpful with this kind of thing.

Don't live in that area, but you could check local bed and breakfast places. The rates should be reasonable, especially if you are staying there for the night and eating there.

If you lived in Nashville, you could come to my home and stand in front of my fireplace and I'd perform your ceremony :)

My mom and stepdad got married at the Spencer Country Inn, in the winter. It was really nice - I can't remember if there was definitely a fireplace (I believe there was). It wasn't overly expensive either.
