What is TB Flounder?

I saw on a few fishing forum and people talk about TB Flounder or TB Tog ? What is TB stands for? Thanks.

TB stands for "Throw Back". As in too small so it was thrown back.

Yep thats right it means throw back although i generally put most flounders back any way
