By far the best way to find out information on trains times throughout Europe, particularly if you travel a lot around the Continent, is to buy the "European Rail Timetable" published by the travel agents Thomas Cook, which you can buy in at any Thomas Cooks. It comes out every month and costs £11. For web information try

Brussels is the capital of Belgium and may be the key seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you wish to know after that it this is actually the place hotelbye . Brussels is an amazingly small, easy-going, and human-sized city for many its importance. Unlike anthers city with their millions of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's major economic and academic centre, which gives the city a far more workaday sense than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd choose to go to, you will receive a appropriate feel for Belgian living, especially their great cafe and café culture. Though Brussels may not have the celebrity attractions of other Belgian areas, the capital has plenty of to help keep visitors entertained for a couple of days with a clutch of world-class museums and artwork galleries, as well as quirkier views such as the Atomium, and some great remnants of old architecture in the previous city quarter.

Here is a link to the Belgium railway site.
You will need the international version of this site:
http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/index.php

You can also find information on the Dutch railway site:
http://www.ns.nl/servlet/Satellite?cid=1078395483680&pagename=www.ns.nl%2FPage%2FHomepageInternationalEnglish&lang=en&c=Page

There are hourly trains to the Netherlands, xx:40, change at Roosendaal.
The travel takes about 2 1/2 hour.

Added:
The train from Brussels goes to Amsterdam and is run jointly by the Belgium Railways and NS, the Dutch railways, the part from Roosendaal to Vlissingen is run by NS.
PS. I used to think the Tomas Cook was a great book, but with internet you do not need it anymore, you get better and more up-to-date information without spending any money.
