I am in love the with man I am with, we have a beautiful baby boy together, and we are very happy. He isnt the romantic type. Then there is another man that I have known for 5 years, but only on the phone and the internet. He is sweet, and romantic, says all the right things. Now I dont want to be with this other person but its almost like the other man is competeing with the one I am with. All I really want is the sweet romantic things. How do I get my boyfriend that I am with to do nice sweet things to me. Thats what I need in our relationship, thats all I need to feel better with him, but I dont want him to think I am changing him.

Be honest to him and tell him what you need. He might not even know you are missing romanticism in your life and may be surprised to hear it, but he may willing to change for you if he trully loves you

The guy that says all the right things is a player. There are many on the internet that are seducing women just for fun to see if they will fall or even if they would leave their relationships even marriages for them. Take it from first hand experienced person. If you are not happy with your man, think about if it's worth staying with him. But remember, life is not the movie screen, a lot of guys do not know how to be romantic. Don't hold it against him, if he loves you, that's all that counts. If you go after a romantic guy, you might be setting yourself up for a dissapointment, most romantic guys are players. Romance comes when you are most in love and dies later, that is just how it is. My dad used to write such letters to my mum when he fell for her and noone would ever said he would be capable of that, being the alpha male and all. Children and men learn what they live with, spice up your relationship yourself, you put the romance in it and your man will respond in kind and shame on you for cheating like that. What would you do if the shoe was on the other foot? This is why so many relationships do not last people look for another way out. It takes work to keep the pzazz in a relationship put some sparkle in your life tonight by adding the romance you want maybe draw him a bath and have a candle lite dinner and give him a massage and ask him to give you one too. First off you should stop talking to the person you NEVER met, granted you have communicated with him for 5 yrs but never met. I am assuming you tell him all your problems so of course he is going to know what to say to sound like the perfect guy. You need to sit your boyfriend down and just talk to him, tell him how you feel. If he does not want to meet you at least half way then you should get out of the relationship and find someone else but make sure its someone that you met in person and not on the internet. Good luck

Sit him down and talk with him. Tell him how you feel. (boyfriend). Every woman deserves teh sweet and romantic things. If he doesn't change then maybe you need to move on. Follow your heart. It can never go wrong.
