with Tony Stewart and Kevin Harvick yesterday, does anybody know? I saw Stewart under Harvick's bumper, and Harvick was holding on to the wheel for all he was worth. It really seemed like Stewart was trying to wreck him. But, I know those two have claimed friendship, so giving Stewart the benefit of the doubt here.
I am just curious if anybody caught exactly what happened there. Some of you watch different channels, or have race scanners. ABC didn't really elaborate much.

I wouldn't say that Stewart was trying to wreck him, but he certainly was being impatient. According to Harvick, he was trying to pass Jamie McMurray in the 26 car...which was probably holding him up a bit.

Kevin got upset with Tony, and rightly so. That was another example of Tony not practicing what he preaches out on the race track. It was way too early in the race for him to be driving that aggressively. I can only imagine what the fallout would have been if he had wrecked Harvick.

The two are friends, not to mention that Stewart drives for Kevin's Busch series team.

Not very found of either of them but I wouldn't doubt if he was trying to wreck him. Stewart thinks anyone in front of him is suppose to mover out of the way! If they crashed, he would have just blamed it on him like he does every other time.

Yes, I agree with Loews 48! Impatient seems to be Smokes middle name right now. In the Busch race on Saturday he tried to run over a slower car, but messed his own car up in the process! Took away his chances of winning! He and his owner need to be asking themselves if he really wants to be here next year? Because it will be a rough year with challenges while changing over to Toyota!

After the incident, I heard on Tony's in-car audio channel on Sirius "Someone tell Kevin that if he blocks me one more time he's gonna get it"

...Kevin had a car in front of him that he was dealing with while Tony was being a little impatient.
