Why does God need it so badly he threatens to torture you forever if he does not get your devoted service.

He doesn't need us to worship Him. He tells us of our need to worship because who we are depends on it.
We exist out of God's Love and when we Love him, we become truely ourselves. We are only tortured by him in the same way that we are tortured when we loose a loved one. The one who is so very a part of you is lost, and it is as if you loose a piece of yourself without them. So too, none of who we are exists without Him, and so we only cause ourselves pain when the Love we are made for is either rejected or held at arms length. It is sometimes a wonder why we would ever do this.

God does not want us. If we boycott God, no longer something could ensue. God could be disheartened, simply by fact he loves us. this is why he created us. God does not torture us for entertainment. human beings torture human beings for entertainment. God loves us and in common terms needs the superb for us.

because you're either on the side of good or evil... God created you and He wants you to know it... He has the power to do whatever he wishes.. seeing how bad the world is right now, He can wipe away mankind and start over, but He chose to give u a choice instead.. accept jesus and live, or reject Him and die...

cause god had no friends growing up and it decided to make some so it could be praised all day for what ever it is it does

My gods don't. They made it just fine with out us for a pretty long time. They are GODS. They don't NEED us. That's what makes them gods. Sheesh.

He doesn't. Although, He made man 'to worship.' Everyone worships something. Why not worship your Creator? Eternal Life or Eternal Death, that's our inheritance. No torture.

God doesn't need anything or anyone. He Is Merciful and we should worship Him for creating us! For sending His Son Jesus to die for our transgressions!
