It is true that they are thinking about it, because of the ever increasing number of young people getting killed.
If it happens, it will take years to implement, and if and when it happens, I would expect there to be a long transition period.

No way. They would have to raise legal age, the armed forces age, etc. to 21 before that would ever happen. Completely impossible. Not to mention it would impact jobs as anyone younger than 21 couldn't drive themselves to work.

Yes, people have contemplated the idea.
But, personally, I do not see that idea being put into action in the near future.

To be honest, I don't really know. But I think it would be a b****y good job if they did. Then at least we wouldn't be getting any more 17, 18,19 and 20-yr-olds crashing their cars and killing themselves and their passenger friends and other road users.

There was a think-tank suggested that it would make the roads safer,but I don't think there has been a serious proposal (UK)
