Those are the good times, and my wife did get up more than I did.
The best thing for your bags and circles, is " I Belgi Occhi " , ( http://testitforfree.com/2.html ) and it works fast.

Don't use the slices of tomato's or potato's, or the cucumbers or the tea bags or the mashed sweet potato. These are a myth, and some of these were as a joke.

You can can find it I belgi occhi in the USA or click the link http://testitforfree.com

Try your best to take turns. I know it must be hard with two, but if you can get the babies on different schedules, even by an hour or two it could make a difference. You could also sleep in different rooms one with a child and maybe you could get some shuteye when the other one is up. I really had a hard time with my last baby, but that was 11 yrs ago. You will get throught it. Take a night off if you can and have grandma come over and spend the night.

Get a babysitter so you and your husband can get some sleep!
Try reading a book called"Dealing with your child's sleeping disorders" by Dr. Ferber! This book was a God send for me and my family!
You will never be like you were before children aka all rested but you can stop some of the sleep deprivation and feel much better!

I have two toddler boys ages 2 and 3 and you will get through it-I promise. Sleep whenever they sleep-that is my best suggestion that I still usually adhere to.
My boys (for the most part) sleep through the night and take naps. They are a handful while they are awake though-so plan for that too! I love them though and would not change it for anything. God bless and hope you get the twins sleeping through the night soon.
