I think it differs from girl to girl. From what I can assertain most would like a guy who can atleast take care of himself and maybe carry them sometimes if needed. Meaning it is good to have some muscles just not over kill.

yuck, i hate too much muscle. a little here and there is nice but when a guys muscles are bigger than his head, he looks ridiculous
