Was arrested a week ago both court dates that they gave have been vacated. no new court dates have been given so how long can they not have you go before a judge when your on bond........isnt my rights being viloated since i havent gotten to have my right to a speedy trial?

Use this time to get a lawyer. Only a fool represents himself. Even a lawyer would hire a lawyer if they were the party of a suit or the defendant in a criminal trial.

If you have not been charged with a crime (arranged) the DA has the entire period of the statute of limitations for the crime you are ultimately charged with. If you have been arraigned then they normally have a couple of months (depends on state)

"Isn't my rights being violated"...... give me a %&^#%$ing break.

Speedy Trial doesn't mean a week or a month... you could wait years to go to trial.

Here's a hint. Don't commit crime and get arrested...

Your rights were violated.... what bs.... just another whiney criminal... refusing to take responsibility for your own actions.
