ok wel my freinds say he does i`m just clueless. i lik these 2 guys and one of them is my neighbor weve been neighbors sins pre k and are now in 8 grade. hes super nice to me and is super shy but smiles and yeah. and the other guy is in some of my classes and we flirt well i flirt and hes sotra a player so i have no idea. do either of these guys like me??? guy 1? guy 2? My first advise is to not get into a relationship until you are much older and more mature. I didn't have a meaningful relationship until I was in college.
But, if it will kill you to not date one of them, I would say that the neighbor is a safer bet. The player is probably just playing you, whereas the neighbor may like you and is just too shy to tell you how he feels.
Try to get him to open up to him, and let him know that you like him as more than just a neighbor.
My strongest advise is still to wait to date.

if guy 1 is nice to you but shy it doesnt mean that he likes you and if guy 2 is a player and he flirts with you it doesnt mean that he likes you either cause maybe he flirts with all the other girls too

The neighbor! you don't want to date a player! it's not worth the heart ache. Start talking to the neighbor more and see if he asks you out...or ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. Girls are allowed to ask guys out. :)
