Means he's not man enough to tell you how he feels. he's too scared... There was this one boy I knew who kew I liked him and he just up and moved. He knew I liked him, I told him. He said "I'll call you" and never did.
Then about 6 months later I started dating someone who was man enough to tell me he was kind of worried for a relationship with how his ex treated him, but he'd give us a shot.....
We've been dating 2 and a half years and planning on marriage^_^

he is a punk and does not want to deal with telling you he wants to break up and the real reason. maybe he does not feel the same or he wants another girl . sometimes the truth hurts and he did not want to deal with it
