Personally I have never taken advantage of anyone regardless of there skin color. I tan very well must be the American Indian blood in me or maybe it's the black Irish I know it's not the English or German. Some people expect special treatment I guess thats why they are always whining. Get over it Life is just as unfair to pail skin people, The only difference is they don't whine like a baby all the time and there are no special programs for them, they have to take care of themselves and all the whinners like you.

Human nature is basically the same everywhere. Where you have a small group of people migrating into an established area, the natives often 'take advantage.' It doesn't always work out the way they intended, but it's a general rule. For instance, some natives, who's culture didn't recognize the concept of land ownership, thought they were taking advantage of stupid pale-skinned visitors by 'selling' them something that couldn't be owned.
For another instance, at the turn of the last century, immigrants newly arrived from Europe were often bilked extensively by citizens (often of the same ethnicity) who spoke thier language, and lied to them about the terms of english-language contracts they signed.

I am glad you feel comfortable enough in the fact that "pale" people take advantage of "people from different color"... Personally I would never make such a sweeping statement or generalize on such a GRAND scale, but hey maybe its because I am "pale".

Maybe because Whites civilized before other races, and at that time it was OK by their society to take advantage of color and poor people, however times have changed and some white color people are still stocked on those bad ideals.

If you've ever traveled abroad you'd see that people of all color love taking advantage of others. If you're a dumb tourist who doesn't bother learning about the currency then you'll get taken advantage of reguardless of skin color.
If you've seen America's Most Wanter you'd know that most scammers and con artists take advantage of people of their own race and background.

Good premise for a question except you have it backwards.
Why do illegals (especially Mexican illegals) come here and take advantage of the infrastructure that we have built while they were running their countries into the ground and turning them into 3rd world cesspools?
