this is a guess, but I would say annealed titanium

but the most resistant material is ceramic

But it's melting point of 3695 K= 3422 °C = 6192 °F is not even close to the temperature at Earth's core which is estimated at 6000K.

In any case, on your way there you would see different chemical environments and different pressure regimes which could not all be covered with a single penetrator.

There are ideas to go through the mantle, though, but they are based on going there in a giant bubble of liquid metal which is generated by a thermonuclear explosion.

There is no material substance known that will
hold it's shape under stress at the conditions
existing anywhere near the earths core.
