For surfaces such as counter tops, etc, a 10% solution of bleach works well (1 part bleach, 9 parts water) otherwise lysol products work well.

For extermal use on your body, hydrogen peroxide or hibiclens works well.

If you are talking externally, then Hydrogen Peroxide as a 3% distilled solution will do this quite adequately.

If you are talking internally and externally and for skin usage, then I would suggest The New Silver Solution.

Do you want to kill staph, or protect yourself from getting a staph infection? Disinfecting does not protect you from staph infection. Hospitals are a prime example of that fact.

The New Silver Solution is the only newly patented silver product in over 80 years. Completely non-toxic but proven to kill all types of pathogenic bacteria, Staph aureus and MRSA included.

Just a teaspoon of this solution taken twice daily will also protect you from common cold and flu ailments and boost your immune system.
