i started a new porgram last week. this is the first work out where i have sweated like a pig. it is mostly all body exorcises. today i was getting down to do pushups but rather than getting down i just colapsed. i have no done any thing for legs for atlest 3 days.any idea why?

abs
reg crunchers 25
reverse crunch 25
right crunch 25
left crunch 25
1/2 sit ups 25
pushup/jumping jack set
repeat 10xs
jumping kacks 10
push ups 5-10
i stoped after the 4th set of pushups/jumping jacks. befor this program i did strength trainning with weights. i would sweat and get tired but not like this. i dident even run today. tomorrow i do.

i was not dizzy or any thing. it was like my muscles said "were going to stop working."
if needed i am 21 male.
