The Arabic name for Isaac is "Is-haq" which is spelled
اسحق
but if you want it pronounced "I-zak" as it's pronounced in English you should spell it

Well, I know that the Jewish word is "Yitzhak", but Arabic is probably close. Arabs probably don't like to name their kids Isaac because he was the son of the promise, and Ishmael was the son of the flesh. There's a little jealousy there, methinks. That's why you're more likely to see Arabs naming their kids "Ismail". (Ishmael).

it is actually spelled the same way but is pronounced differently. while the biblical way to pronounce it (mind my transliteration) is more like "i-Zak" the arabic pronounciation is like "E-sock"

this is how it's spelled in Arabic: إسحٰق
