If your friend had been charged with shop lifting the cops would have become involved and it would have definetly went on here criminal record. However, if the cops were involved it would have been a misdeminor (any amount stolen thats under 1,000 dollars is a minor offense) it would have gone on her record, but if she is under 18 she would not be required to put that on a job application or anything. And anything that happens before you are 18 becomes erased from your record on your 18th birthday. The store is charging her these fines because they did not call the cops so in a sense they did her a favor. Because the fees would have been greater if she were in court.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://tinyurl.im/aH3Wk

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

The absolutely free background check sites generally provide the most basic of information, such as name, age and address. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge. It's impossible to get a free background check.

Stay away from shady background check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable background check site like http://backgrounddetectives.info/Inteligator-424.html that has been around since 1999. If I remember right it's $19 for a full report.

I just tried https://webmd.im/verispy last year to see if I could Locate my birth-father. My bio father left me when I was 7, and has refused to be a part of my life since. I grew up with my bio Mother and Step-father. I have only ever talked to my biological father a couple times until now. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his first name, last name, and the street address of a previous address he used to have.

When the search results came back based on the minimal info I had, It pulled up a recent address along with even a phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my biological dad) was there, and he said no but to try back after 5.

I haven't done anything with the info, But I found what I was wanting to have.

It doesn't sound like a felony to me. A misdemeanour will not show up on a background check for employment anywhere I know of. Just tell friend to act like an adult from now on, and earn everything she wants without having to shoplift.

A "criminal record" is a list of crimes of which a person has been *convicted.*

In the situation described the person was never arrested or charged, so clearly the person was not convicted.

Your description, however, is missing some information -- WHO is sending the letters? It's very unclear. Please clarify if you want more helpful answers: who "caught" the girl; who are the letters from; was the "officer" a security guard, a police officer, what; what is the "fine," is anyone talking about pressing charges or has anyone possibly pressed charges?
