Yeah the cheapest SAFEST place near LA is Oregon or Washington.

El Segundo is nice, near the water, but cheap because of the airport and industrial sites.

Well nowheres safe in america.
But the place with the least problems
is Washington/Oregon
Also Arizona and some parts of nevada

Safe and cheap are hard to come by unless you live in a retirement community or the desert that isn't that close to L.A.

THERE IS NO PLACE THAT IS CHEAP IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. EL SEGUNDO IS A DUMP. BOTTOM LINE IS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. TRY AT LEAST 1000. MONTH FOR 1 BEDROOM APT. MANY PEOPLE STRUGGLE TO GET BY IN CALIFORNIA. WHY ANYONE WOULD MOVE HERE, I DO NOT KNOW.
