Your acne is not in unusual places, I had that miserable spots on my back, butt, and chest. Believe it or not, it goes away. The scarring will fade too, I used some vitamin e oil on the scars and it helped fade them. If you have deep scarring, you will need something more substantial then vitamin e oil, like dermabrassion. But in the long run, the acne goes away and the scars fade.

Well depending at what age your at...your body grows an excess amount of a gland called sebum. Sebaceous glands increase during puberty which is the reason why your start growing acne all over your body...the best advice? Do what you are doing....always wear a fresh clean undergarments..if that still doesn't work, I believe it would be necessary to maybe take two showers a day. Still remember though, that it won't fully dissipate because you're at that age...Best of Luck!

thats not really unusual. my mom says that its just that the places where you get acne are the places that are either oily or covered up too much. like it you cover your forehead with your bangs then acne will most likely sprout there, at least for me. just use some body cleanser thingys and expoliating wash. maybe even try a wiccan acne clear ritual, that worked for me. just bathe in some minerals or scents or essences or herbs, very soothing and very cleansing.

Go to a dermatologist and let him/her treat your acne. Sometimes the home remedies can make it worse since there's different types.

That is not uncommon. Just make sure you wash with a good anti-bacterial soap.
