What is hotel liability insurance coverage?

Get bed bug bitten badly in the hotel stay,just want to know the insurance policy.

You can't put in a claim on their policy. You have to sue them. Their policy will provide defense costs, but it's going to be really hard to get a judgement against them. You have to prove that 1. they knew the bed had bugs and 2. they didn't try to get rid of them.
