basically the trim package it comes with and the option package that's about it,they are built by the same company ,one is just meant to be more of a luxury model than the other is,and it cost more,but really don't get more vehicle for the money ones nicer looking than the other is also,still the same vehicle though,good luck.

The Chrysler is about $9000. more than the Dodge for the exact same van. Just a different logo. $$$? and I bought The Chrysler by a $9,000. mistake. Big, Big $$$$$$ Mistake.

Dodge is owned by Chrysler. Both vans are the same. Chrysler, however, has a more luxurious outlook on their vehicles. Nonetheless, both are hideous.

Town and Country is considered more "upmarket" than Grand Caravan, the same way Buicks and Cadillacs are considered more upmarket than Chevys.

The Chrysler has more "creature features" on it mostly, the parts are all interchangeable, and sold by Chrysler Dealers. Otherwise, it is just smoke and mirrors.

T/C is the upscale model.It has all of the hi end features and usually has woodgrain interior trim to dress it up a bit.
