Not only can they go but in many states they actually get IN STATE TUITION too

Oh my Goddess! I would certainly hope not here in America! I would hope that opportunities would be available for them in their own country. But then if that were the case they would not be invading our country at the rate they are.

So I can only figure that yes they probably are welcomed by some university somewhere in America.

Which is sad, because so many young americans want to go to college but cant for one reason or another, and will miss out and the illegal will probably get that spot.

What is happening to our country and why are we, the American people, allowing it to happen?

I'm sure they can but if they can't, Mr. Bush will mail them a degree and force the taxpayers to pay for it.

If these people are illegal, then surely they should be remanded or deported, until they can win a case which would allow them to stay?

Yes, they can. But they have to pay twice as USAers citizens. This is not a barrier for them, I know many who work and study. Amazing ! We have to follow their example.

Yes, and in some states, they even qualify for in-state tuition breaks. Weird, isn't it?
