it can't open cclear from recycle bin?

thank's ray for your help but when i left click on re -bin. it show's me open cclearner .but when i try to open it show's me (choose the program you want to open this file )
i also want to tell u that i have already delite this cclearner from my computer .but want to clear this option form lsft click on re-bin

Hi. You must first restore the file to its original location using 'Restore this item'. Then run it.
