If Someone makes a formula on how to make good human helping robots for humans how much do you think that person would get payed for his formula?

You're not talking about a formula.
You're considering an algorythm, probably larger
than most software programs now extant.
It would likely be beyond any single programmers
capability. Lotsa luck.
It would be worth a lot.
You could license it by the copy.
The liability exposure would be tremendous though.

Probably billions, but I think will get on the unemployed people's nerves.
