Why a church of Atheism? Is it because it says something in it that you don't like, or are you into a science of something?
I don't think that your "church" will be given any more thought than any other cult. Even being a Mormon is considered being in a cult, as it is not an accepted form of religion. Your local government can direct you to laws regarding incorporations, and non-prophets!

I don't think it would behoove them to incorporate as a non-prophet. Einstein, for example, prophesied many things with his mathematics that came true. That is the kind of folk the Church of Atheism needs!

I believe that Secular Humanists are a form of belief based on athiesm and treating others with respect, and that they are a non-profit organization.

Doesn't being athiest mean not believing in anything faith based? Why a church then? Do you just want to gather with a bunch of other people who don't believe. Isn't that just having faith in not believing anything? That's messed up.

I don't see why not. ...And then schools will have to stop teaching it. I think atheism should be a recognised religion.
