TONS of them!

my fave is santa claus is pagan too by emerald rose - i'll get the lyrics...........

Santa Claus is Pagan, Too!
(words & music by Emerald Rose)
Oh, Santa Claus is Pagan too, just like all the rest
And if you are a merry witch he`ll bring you all the best
So get that star up on the roof, and bake those cookies, too
For Christmas-time is really Yule, and Santa`s Pagan too!

Hes got that Buddha belly and his top`s the Holly King
You dressed him in that British coat, the cap`s a Nordic thing
You took the horns right off his head and stuck them on his deer
But he still flies high like Jupiter with a belly-full of beer!

Oh, Santa Claus is Pagan too, just like all the rest
And if you are a merry witch he`ll bring you all the best
So get that star up on the roof, and bake those cookies, too
For Christmas-time is really Yule, and Santa`s Pagan too!

Now history says Christ was likely not a Capricorn
But if you want to share the Yule, we don`t care when he's born
Come join the celebration of the Sun King`s bright rebirth
And if you practice what you preach, we`ll all have peace on Earth!

Oh, Santa Claus is Pagan too, just like all the rest
And if you are a merry witch he`ll bring you all the best
So get that star up on the roof, and bake those cookies, too
For Christmas-time is really Yule, and Santa`s Pagan too!

Now Santa`s way more jolly than most Christians might require
And if he weren`t so busy he'd be dancing `round the fire
Yeah, you can call it Christmas `cause you got us way out-gunned
But just you wait till Beltane, then we`ll see who`s having fun!

Oh, Santa Claus is Pagan too, just like all the rest
And if you are a merry witch he`ll bring you all the best
So get that star up on the roof, and bake those cookies, too
For Christmas-time is really Yule, and Santa`s Pagan too!

there are lots of christian carols redone with pagan lyrics. just do a search and you should find them!

I'm no longer familar with Christians denying that the Pagans had a iciness excursion earlier than we did. My Confirmation instructor was once flawlessly sincere approximately that. I'm no longer above all threatened via it. I have plenty of appreciate for the quite a lot of Pagan traditions. And Yule and Christmas are identical: as I recognize it, they each have a good time the start of God from womb of the female precept. I believe Christianity is enriched via the incorporation of rituals that predate our organised lifestyles, although I understand that this was once initially supposed as an evangelistic method. Oh, good. These days, I recognise extra folks raised Christian who've embraced Neopaganism than the wrong way round, so I wager we have now come complete circle. Sorry in case you believe ripped off regardless that. As some distance as "Keeping Christ in Christmas" (repeatedly you can pay attention folks say "Keep Mass in Christmas" - identical inspiration), I believe plenty of folks of religion (any religion) are involved approximately the secularisation of "the vacations". Personally, I'd alternatively any one celebrated Yule, Hannukah, or Diwali of their devout culture than do an earthly "Xmas" as a variety of moment Thanksgiving plus present trade. (At least have the decency to name it "Festivus"!) =P

Sung to the melody of "Hark the Herald Angels"

Bide the Wiccan Rede we must
In perfect love and perfect trust.
Heed ye flower bush and tree,
By the Lady blessed be.
Merry meet and merry part
Bright the cheeks and warm the heart,
Mind the threefold law we should,
Three times bad and three times good.
Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill,
An ye harm none, do what ye will.

Yeah, it's a rip off of a Christian Christmas Carol but so what? How many things have they ripped off of us pagans? Payback sux, don't it? LOL

Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland
"Alexander & Aarcher"

Tune: "Walking in a Winter Wonderland"
Pagans sing, are you listenin',
Altar's set,candles glisten,
It's a Magickal night, we're having tonight,
Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland.

Chorus:
In a Circle we can light a Yule Fire,
And await the rising of the Sun,
It's the Great Wheel turning for the new year,
Loaded with abundance and great fun.

Blades held high, censer smoking,
God and Goddess, we're invoking,
Through Elements Five, we celebrate life,
Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland.

Queen of Heaven, is in Her place,
Triple Goddess, now the Crone Face,
Above and Below, She's the Goddess we know,
Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland.

Chorus
Now the God, is the Provider,
Supplying game for our Fire,
Above and Below, He's the Horned One we Know,
Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland.

Later on, by the fire,
Cone of Power, gettin' higher
It's a Magickal Night we're having tonight,
Dancing in a Wiccan Wonderland.

sample:

God Rest Ye Merry Paganfolk
(God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen)

God rest ye merry, Paganfolk,
Let nothing you dismay.
Remember that the Sun returns
Upon this Solstice day.
The growing dark is ending now
And Spring is on its way.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy!
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.

The Goddess rest ye merry, too,
And keep you safe from harm.
Remember that we live within
The circle of Her arms,
And may Her love give years to come
A very special charm.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy!
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy!
