The constant reference to them being terrorists , snide comments about their breeding patterns , misunderstanding of separation of males and females in all but the essential procreation acts- to name but a few.
How can the UK build bridges towards this peace loving and hard working group of people. Whose only crime appears to be that they are too nice to their fellow man(and woman)

I know the problem stems from the Imams in the mosques who only have to snap their fingers and a 1000 Muslim males will be down on their knees tossing their salad-

When Muslims learn that women are equal to men and Pork is good to eat - there will be a renaissance.

Roughly a third of UK Muslims believe that apostates should be put to death.

Maybe they should clean up their own act first.

Yes, I agree. Those who practice peace the way the Muslims do, deserve far better treatment indeed. If the UK would provide a few grants for them to build more mosques, maybe the US would take the hint and do the same. After all, they are our guests and future citizens. As Americans, we should never stop pandering to those who are so peaceful and supportive of our people and our Government. I personally feel so blessed we have them coming here to help us understand Mohammed and the gifts of Allah.

The last time I pased through Heathrow I saw a piece on the BBC News in which they asked British muslims if it was okay to murder a female relative for, say, having sex outside of marriage, or wearing tight jeans. What struck me was not just the number of muslims they found who were willing to say, ON CAMERA, that this sort of behavior was perfectly acceptable, but the angry tone of their responses -- they were clearly enraged that anyone would even ask such a stupid question.

What was it you were saying about this "peace-loving and hard-working group of people?"

You are obviously Muslim! Why should the UK build bridges you are the ones that need to build the bridges and make more of an effort to disprove all the bad things people say about Muslims, don't demand the removal of Santa Clause from the streets don't demand the removal of pig statues, don't force us all to eat Halal meat (Animal cruelty) don't distance yourselves away from anything to do with Britishness accept us for who we are and don't force your way of life on us.

Until muslims start actively speaking out against terrorism and reporting their fellow muslims who they know are involved they are not going to get respect. Quite frankly from what I can see even muslims who are not terrorists seem to either support terrorism or at the least not be against it.

Perhaps the Muslim population in the UK should consider returning to their homelands, since they are so dissatisfied with the conditions in the UK!

I do not agree with you totally.
If they do not like it why don't they go back to their country they originated from ?
Are there not people living in those countries and are they not happy and peace loving ?
Why do they want to live in UK in the first place,
and why not in India and Pakistan and other Muslim countries of Asia.
When they leave their mother land,
don't they love their own mother, when they don't
then how
do you expect them to love the country they came to earn their fortunes.

Most Muslims are given a hard time, but it's because of a handful of extremists within the Muslim ranks. It's a case of the many being 'punished' because of the actions of a few.

It's sad, because all (exept one, who was just a pain the backside) of the Muslims I've met and worked with are now good friends.

you're asking Americans to say something nice about muslims !! the t.v channels here are slandering muslims 24/7, these people are brainwashed they will NEVER say something nice about muslims. i've seen people here say that muslim women are ''property'' because they choose to wear a head scarf...

and also you have to remember, many of these people are very angry because they see that MANY Christians are converting to islam (it's the fastest growing religion in both america and the u.k)

Umm men and women Are equal in islam, read the Quran...

When Muslims swear that they believe in democracy, and act on it, there may be reason to accept them as safe citizens.
