It will not give them worms but.....
Cows milk and dairy products are a no no.
Most everyone would agree that cats love drinking a bit of milk. While this is true, it does not mean that milk is healthy for them. Many cats are lactose intolerant because they lack the enzyme lactase. Without this enzyme, their bodies have a difficult time breaking down and digesting milk and dairy food products. This upset to the system can cause diarrhea and skin irritation.
If your cat loves milk do not despair, there are several companies such as Whiskas that sell lactose free milk products that are designed with a cats digestive system in mind.
Ive written an article about some things cats shouldnt eat. Why dont you check it out.

Milk won't give your cat worms, it will on the other hand give your cat the runs. Sometimes severe. Cats digestive systems are different from ours they cannot break down the enzymes and fats in milk like our bodies can. So the milk needs to vacate the body fast. INSTANT DIARRHEA. Some cats tolerate it while others don't. My suggestion is to avoid giving dairy products to cats. All they need is their cat food and clean water. The truth of the matter is cow's milk offers no nutritional value to cats what so ever. Your worm problem is due to parasites you cat may have ingested while outdoors or being around another cat that has worms. They are more common in cats than people realize. If your cat has worms take him to the vet and they vet will administer meds to rid the cat of it's worm infestation and if one cat has it chances are the others do as well. It is important to rid the cat of worms because certain worms can be spread to humans. Read the sites below to read up on more about worms and giving milk to cat. Hope this helps.

Milk is subject to all sorts of inspections, there's no way parasites would be in it.
Worms come via fleas or by the cat eating prey which have worms in their stomachs, or by using a litter box which a cat with worms has already used.

No. Most cats like milk & don't get worms. If a cat doesnt like milk it will drink water instead. If a cat worms then a vet's advice should be sought. good luck.

No. Fleas give cats worms. By ingesting a flea they can become infected with tapeworms. Milk may give them an upset stomach and diarrhea. Most cats are lactose intolerant and should only be given special milk formulated for cats.

Nelly, would it not no longer stand to reason that if a CAT can get worms from milk then people would too? Worms stay in intestines, no longer the mammary glands of mammals. The FDA would be throughout any distributor of food that has parasites in it, purely think of it by way of. No, a cat can no longer get worms from milk, worms are no longer IN milk. They get worms from ingesting rodents or birds who've parasites of their intestines. They get tapeworm in many cases from fleas which carry the larvae degree of the tapeworm (the cat licks/ingests the flea whilst grooming). next time the doorstep mom says that, ask her if SHE beverages milk and what does she do to get rid of worms interior herself.

lol no, unless you are buying milk that has worms in it? They have to be outside, or come in contact with an animal that has them...usually eat something that they threw up or pooped out...anything like that
